				BUILDINGS Building 12
		This buillding was known as Summerfields House on Western Road in Hailsham. It no longer stands and the area has since been developed into a housing tract or estate. PAST RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES ACCORDING TO THE HAILSHAM DIRECTORIES: -- 1887 Curtis Frederick THOMAS -- 1895 & 1899 Edmund STRICKLAND Summerfields House became Summerfields School during part of the 20th century.
